WASL Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Pathwyse Libya (المسار الحكيم), Tripoli, Libya ("we", "us"), for using the WASL app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
1. What WASL is
WASL helps people in Libya with everyday information: fuel station status and queues, dollar rates, weather and news. Much of this information comes from other users and from outside sources.
2. Information is a guide, not a guarantee
- Station status and waiting times come from user reports and may be wrong or out of date.
- Exchange rates, weather and news come from outside sources. They are shown for information only and are not financial or professional advice.
- News stories belong to their sources. WASL shows a short summary and a link to the full story on the source's website.
- Always use your own judgement, and follow traffic rules and the instructions of station staff and the authorities.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Give true details, keep one account per person, and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Station staff accounts may be used only by staff of that station.
4. Reports and content you send
- Send only honest reports about what you see yourself.
- You keep ownership of the photos and reports you send. You allow us to use, store and show them in the app, without your private details, to run the service.
- We may check, hide or remove reports, photos or stations that seem wrong, misleading or abusive.
5. Not allowed
- False or misleading reports, or reports made to harm a station or another user.
- Faking your location, using several accounts, or using automated tools to collect points or data.
- Offensive, illegal or private content in photos, names or messages.
- Trying to break, copy or interfere with the app or its systems.
6. Points, levels and rewards
- Points and levels have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
- Any prizes or campaigns follow the rules announced with them. We may change or end them.
- We may remove points gained by breaking these terms.
7. Suspending accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to us.
8. The app itself
The WASL name, logo and app design belong to us. The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always work without errors or interruption.
9. Limit of responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on information in the app, such as a wasted trip, a closed station, a long wait or a change in rates. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using the app, you accept the updated terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Libya. Disputes go to the competent courts in Tripoli.

شروط استخدام تطبيق وصل
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين المسار الحكيم (Pathwyse Libya)، طرابلس، ليبيا ("نحن")، لاستخدام تطبيق وصل. بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك للتطبيق فأنت توافق عليها.
1. ما هو وصل
يساعد وصل الناس في ليبيا بمعلومات الحياة اليومية: حالة محطات الوقود والطوابير، وسعر الدولار، والطقس، والأخبار. وكثير من هذه المعلومات يأتي من مستخدمين آخرين ومن مصادر خارجية.
2. المعلومات للإرشاد وليست ضماناً
- حالة المحطات وأوقات الانتظار تأتي من بلاغات المستخدمين، وقد تكون خاطئة أو قديمة.
- أسعار الصرف والطقس والأخبار تأتي من مصادر خارجية، وتُعرض للعلم فقط، وليست نصيحة مالية أو مهنية.
- الأخبار ملك لمصادرها. يعرض وصل ملخصاً قصيراً ورابطاً للخبر كاملاً في موقع المصدر.
- استخدم دائماً تقديرك الشخصي، والتزم بقواعد المرور وتعليمات موظفي المحطات والجهات المختصة.
3. حسابك
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل.
- أدخل بيانات صحيحة، واستخدم حساباً واحداً لكل شخص، وحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور.
- أنت مسؤول عما يحدث من خلال حسابك.
- حسابات موظفي المحطات يستخدمها موظفو تلك المحطة فقط.
4. البلاغات والمحتوى الذي ترسله
- أرسل فقط بلاغات صادقة عما تراه بنفسك.
- تبقى ملكية الصور والبلاغات التي ترسلها لك، وتسمح لنا باستخدامها وحفظها وعرضها في التطبيق، دون بياناتك الخاصة، لتشغيل الخدمة.
- يحق لنا مراجعة أو إخفاء أو حذف البلاغات أو الصور أو المحطات التي تبدو خاطئة أو مضلّلة أو مسيئة.
5. غير مسموح
- البلاغات الكاذبة أو المضلّلة، أو البلاغات التي يُقصد بها الإضرار بمحطة أو بمستخدم آخر.
- تزييف موقعك، أو استخدام أكثر من حساب، أو استخدام أدوات آلية لجمع النقاط أو البيانات.
- المحتوى المسيء أو غير القانوني أو الخاص في الصور أو الأسماء أو الرسائل.
- محاولة تعطيل التطبيق أو أنظمته أو نسخها أو التلاعب بها.
6. النقاط والمستويات والجوائز
- النقاط والمستويات ليس لها قيمة نقدية، ولا يمكن بيعها أو نقلها.
- تخضع أي جوائز أو حملات للقواعد المعلنة معها، ويحق لنا تغييرها أو إنهاؤها.
- يحق لنا إلغاء النقاط المكتسبة بمخالفة هذه الشروط.
7. إيقاف الحسابات
يحق لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا.
8. التطبيق نفسه
اسم وصل وشعاره وتصميم التطبيق ملك لنا. يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو"، ونعمل على إبقائه متاحاً ودقيقاً، لكن لا يمكننا أن نضمن عمله دائماً دون أخطاء أو انقطاع.
9. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر الناتجة عن الاعتماد على معلومات التطبيق، مثل مشوار ضائع أو محطة مغلقة أو انتظار طويل أو تغيّر في الأسعار. ولا شيء في هذه الشروط يلغي حقوقك التي يكفلها القانون.
10. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسنغيّر التاريخ أعلاه ونخبرك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات المهمة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.
11. القانون
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة ليبيا، وتختص بالنظر في أي نزاع المحاكم المختصة في طرابلس.
